SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Grand Welcome sends operational route and schedule SMS alerts to Grand Welcome field staff, including housekeeping, inspection, and maintenance crew members.

Messages are operational only and may include a daily link to the staff member's assigned property route and occasional same-day route updates.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

Grand Welcome field staff opt in during staff onboarding by providing their mobile number on the Grand Welcome staff onboarding form and signing or checking a box agreeing to receive operational route and schedule text messages from Grand Welcome.

Staff may also opt in by texting START to (615) 437-8418.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, but staff should expect approximately one message per work day. Additional messages may be sent when same-day route updates are needed.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Staff are responsible for any SMS, MMS, or data charges from their mobile carrier.

5. Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. After opting out, staff may receive one final confirmation message.

Reply HELP for help at any time.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

SMS privacy practices are described in the SMS Privacy Policy.
