No. Your PMS stays the system of record for reservations (Guesty today). VR Goals does not replace the PMS. Accounting, operations, CRM, messaging, and contracts run natively in VR Goals — they are not connections to QuickBooks, Breezeway, HubSpot, Twilio, Zoom Phone, WhatConverts, DocuSign, or PandaDoc.

Guesty is the live PMS connection today. Other PMS platforms are not live. VR Goals does not connect to OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, HomeAway) — the PMS does, and OTA-sourced reservations flow through Guesty. Accounting, operations, CRM, messaging, contracts, and Facebook/Instagram ads are native VR Goals capabilities, not connections to QuickBooks, Breezeway, HubSpot, Twilio, Zoom Phone, WhatConverts, DocuSign, PandaDoc, or Meta's ad API.

Trust accounting, close and reconciliation run in VR Goals native accounting when you move accounting into VR Goals. QuickBooks history is imported at onboarding.
