SMS Privacy Policy

1. SMS Program Scope

This SMS Privacy Policy applies to operational route and schedule text messages sent to Grand Welcome field staff, including housekeeping, inspection, and maintenance crew members.

These messages are operational only. They may include a daily link to the staff member's assigned property route and occasional same-day route updates.

2. Mobile Opt-In Information

Grand Welcome does not share or sell mobile opt-in information or consent to any third party. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver operational route and schedule messages to Grand Welcome staff. Message frequency varies (approximately one message per work day). Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help at any time.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used only to operate the Grand Welcome staff messaging program and to maintain compliance records for that program.

3. How Staff Consent

Grand Welcome field staff opt in during staff onboarding by providing their mobile number on the Grand Welcome staff onboarding form and signing or checking a box agreeing to receive operational route and schedule text messages from Grand Welcome.

Staff may also opt in by texting START to (615) 437-8418.

4. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies, but staff should expect approximately one message per work day. Additional messages may be sent when same-day route updates are needed.

Message and data rates may apply. Staff should contact their mobile carrier with questions about text messaging or data charges.

5. Opt-Out and Help

Staff can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Staff can reply HELP at any time for help.
