## Is it the same as a PMS like Guesty or Hostaway?

No. A PMS is your system of record for reservations, listings and channels. An operating system sits on top of your PMS and runs the rest of the business: pacing revenue to goals, closing the books, managing owners and operations, then connects back to the PMS so it stays your source of truth.

## Does it replace existing tools?
