# Implementation: VR Goals

Canonical: https://vr-goals.com/implementation

How VR Goals rolls out. Guesty stays the PMS. Accounting imports QuickBooks history at onboarding, then replaces it. Typical Guesty sync is days; full configuration is usually a 2–3 week cycle.

Built for multi-market operators managing 10–1,000+ properties.

## Four steps. No PMS swap.

1. Discovery call. Request access. We size portfolio, markets, team access and which apps to turn on first. Pricing is a private review, not a public table.
2. Connect Guesty. Guesty is the live PMS connection. Typical operators are live on Guesty sync within days, not weeks. Your PMS stays the reservation source of truth.
3. Accounting Suite. Imports your QuickBooks history at onboarding, then replaces it: P&L, reconciliation, month-end close, cash-flow forecasting, budget vs. actual and cash position across every entity. There is no live QuickBooks connection.
4. Configure the rest. Operations, CRM, messaging and contracts run natively in VR Goals. Full trust accounting and multi-market orchestration is usually a 2–3 week configuration cycle, depending on portfolio complexity.

## What changes

- PMS stays. Guesty remains the system of record for reservations. Other PMS platforms are not live.
- Accounting moves into VR Goals after onboarding import. There is no live QuickBooks connection.
- Operations, CRM, messaging, contracts run natively in VR Goals. They are not connections to Breezeway, HubSpot, Twilio, DocuSign or PandaDoc.
- Team rhythm: Align becomes the control center. Apps feed goals, measures, signals and owners.
